Temporary Property Manager

Property Manager – 4 week temp assignment commencing Immediately - Monday to Friday role – Paying up to $40-45ph + Super + Mileage

This Real Estate Agency offer comprehensive real estate services and are renowned for its local expertise and client-centered approach. They are currently looking for an experienced Property manager to assist the team on a short-term basis.
 
The role:

A Monday to Friday role that will see you manage the day to day running’s of 150 residential properties. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Manage a portfolio of 150 properties
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Lease sign-ups and preparation of leases, renewals and rent reviews
• Arrears management, Bond negotiations
• Support in the role from a property officer

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years property management experience essential
• A valid QLD Certificate of Registration
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A clean driver’s license and reliable car
