Senior Property Manager – 5 week temp assignment commencing 14th May - Monday to Friday role – Paying up to $48ph + Super + Mileage

The role:
A Monday to Friday role that will see you manage the day to day running’s of approximately 200 residential properties. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

The role:
A Monday to Friday role that will see you manage the day to day running’s of approximately 200 residential properties. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of 200 properties
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
- Lease sign-ups and preparation of leases, renewals and rent reviews
- Arrears management, bond negotiations
- End to end property management, except leasing
- A strong background in a Residential Property Management role is essential
- A valid NSW Certificate of Registration
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A clean driver’s license and reliable car
- Knowledge of PropertyMe highly desirable
- 5 week temporary assignment commencing 14th May
- $48 per hour + super + mileage
- Monday to Friday only
- Street parking available
- Work within a large supportive team.
- Scope for ongoing temp work
