Are you a Leasing Consultant or Property Manager looking for flexible, temporary opportunities in the real estate industry?
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our temp pool and work across a variety of roles and companies.

About the Role: (each assignment would vary)

• Conduct open homes, manage applications, and liaise with tenants.
• Processing tenancy applications, taking holding deposits, reporting to PMs
• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages from potential tenants.
• Prepare lease agreements using tools like REI Forms.
• Facilitate the signing process with tenants, explaining terms and conditions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have:
  • A reliable car and a valid driver’s license.
  • Current Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate License).
• Proven experience in leasing or property management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
