Temporary Property Manager

Are you an experienced Property Manager seeking a flexible and ongoing temporary role?

We are seeking reliable and experienced Property Managers for temporary roles across Sydney.

About the Role:

• Manage a portfolio of 135 properties, handling all aspects of property management
• Perform ingoing/outgoing inspections, routine inspections, and leasing duties as needed
• Inspection Manager and PropertyTree software
• 4 days per week (Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri preferred), with hours from 9am-5pm
• 2 day handover provided by previous PM for a smooth transition

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience managing a property portfolio is essential
• Certificate of registration minimum
• Proficiency in Inspection Manager and PropertyTree softwares highly regarded
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage PM tasks independently
