Are you an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager seeking temporary work with excellent hourly rates?
We are calling for expressions of interest for a Temporary Property Manager!
About the Role:
- Manage a shared portfolio of 370 properties in a pod system.
- Property management programs: PropertyMe, Inspection Manager, and REI Forms.
- Conduct open homes on Saturdays as required(weekday off provided for balance).
- Proven experience in managing property portfolios end-to-end.
- Strong knowledge of property management legislation, systems and software.
- Certificate or registration/Class 2 licence
- Driver's licence and own car
- Competitive hourly rate of $45 - $48 per hour.
