About the Role

• Upper North Shore Area
• $46 per hour + super + mileage
• Manage a small rent role and perform new business duties as required
• Property management programs: PropertyTree, Flikitover, and Inspection Express

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience managing property portfolios end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of property management legislation, systems, and software
• Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
• Driver’s licence and own car
