- Ongoing 12 month maternity cover role (3 months to start)
- Based in Zetland
- $46 per hour + super + mileage
- Manage a portfolio of 160 properties, no leasing or accounts responsibilities (Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Eastlakes, Top Ryde areas)
- Property management programs: PropertyTree, Air Table, Inspection Manager, Flikitover, and InspectRealEstate
- Proven experience managing property portfolios end-to-end
- Strong knowledge of property management legislation, systems, and software
- Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
- Driver’s licence and own car
