Temporary Property Manager

Great opportunity for an experienced property manager or senior property manager to 'try before you buy' a permanent role


About the Role

• Manage a local 95-property portfolio end-to-end (properties located in Glenmore Park, Currans Hill, and Ropes Crossing areas)
• Programs: Console Cloud, List Once, and Bricks and Agent
• Show properties for lease during the week
• Monday to Friday role
• Office based in Prestons
• 4 days per week for temp role - Flexibility for WFH 2-3 days per week (permanent role will be 5 days)
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in NSW residential property management with strong end-to-end mangement knowledge
• Proficiency in Console Cloud and other property management software highly regarded but not essential
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively
• Minimum Certificate of Registration or Class 2 agent licence in NSW
• Must be able to start Friday 28/03/25
• Be a confident driver
