Temporary Property Manager

We’re on the hunt for a mature, experienced resi Property Manager who can step in and bring some order to a portfolio with a few loose ends to tie up. 
If you love a challenge, take pride in tidying things up, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves for a few weeks – we’d love to hear from you.



About the Role

• Manage a portfolio of 180 properties
• No routines required – just ingoings, outgoings, and day-to-day management
• No trust accounting or BDM work
• Using PropertyMe and Live 360 (for routines)
• 4 -6 week role (ASAP start for the right candidate)
• Eastern Suburbs location – everything’s close by
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Strong senior PM experience
• Calm, patient and confident
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal handover
• Certificate of Registration or Class 2 licence
• Own car and a confident driver
• Reliable, solutions-focused and detail-oriented
