Temporary Property Manager

Step into a well-run portfolio and keep things ticking over while the company looks at restructuring. We’re seeking a confident, capable Property Manager to manage a tidy portfolio of 105 mostly unit-style properties, with a flexible part-time schedule and mix of remote and onsite work.


About the Role

• 2-month temp role from Monday 28th April 2025, with scope for extension
• Manage 105 properties (mostly around the Ryde area) end-to-end, Saturday open homes required
• Systems: PropertyMe, InspectRealEstate, ADL Forms, DocuSign
• Flexible hours: 10am–3pm, or 9am - 2pm Mon–Fri | First week of work will be based in Leichhardt for handover
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Current Certificate of registration/ Real estate licence essential
• Valid driver’s license and own car
• Must have previous end-to-end residential property management experience
• Comfortable using key industry softwares
• Organised, great communicator, self-motivated
• Well-versed in NSW property legislation and compliance requirements
