Are you an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager seeking temporary work with excellent hourly rates?
About the Role:
- Manage portfolio sized between 160-300 (dependant on client's structure)
- Property management programs: PropertyMe/ PropertyTree, Inspection Manager/Inspection Express, REI Forms, Fik it over/Docusign
- Rent reviews & arrears
- Maintenance & Remedial works
- Property compliance
- Routines/Ingoings/Outgoings as required
- Advertising and relets
- Proven experience in managing residential property portfolios end-to-end.
- Strong knowledge of property management legislation, systems and software.
- Certificate or registration/Class 2 licence
- Driver's licence and own car
- Competitive hourly rate of $46 - $48 per hour.
