Temporary Property Manager (Part-time)

Great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a boutique Manly-based agency on a Temporary part-time basis for approximately 5 months.
About the Role:

• Manage a small portfolio of 65 properties - end-to-end
• Work 3 days per week, Monday & Wednesdays required with flexibility on which third day
• Conduct routines, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs
• Hold occasional Saturday morning open homes when properties become vacant in the portfolio

Candidate Requirements:

• Preferably living on the Northern Beaches
• Strong previous residential property management experience
• Certificate of Registration minimum
• Car and driver's licence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Available for training on Monday, 24th March 2025, work to start on Monday 7th of April
• Able to commit for 5 months, with potential to extend
