Temporary Senior Property Manager

Our client is looking for a senior property manager to step into a temp role for the next 8-10 weeks

About the Role:

• Manage a portfolio of 200 properties with support for excess inspections
• No leasing – focus on end-to-end property management
• Use PropertyTree
• Work autonomously in a well-structured team
  
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in property management
• Certificate of Registration (NSW) & own car
• Strong communication skills & ability to work independently
• Confident handling all aspects of residential property management
