Temporary Senior Property Manager

We’re on the lookout for a confident and capable Senior Property Manager to step into a 1 month temp role while the permanent team member is on leave.



About the Role

• Covering two portfolios: 150 properties (PropertyMe) + 70 properties (Managed)
• Software used: PropertyMe, FLK It Over, Managed
• No trust accounting required
• VA support with invoices, emails & tenancy applications
• Focused on relationship management, maintenance, and overflow tasks
• No routines, ingoings, or outgoings—Leasing Consultant handles inspections

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive Senior Property Manager experience managing residential property portfolios independently
• Confident with PropertyMe software
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Ability to step in and take ownership—reliability is key
• Certificate of registation / Real estate licence essential
• Own Car & drivers licence
• Must be able to commit to entire duration of role

Assignment Dates: Friday 16 May 2025 – Monday 16 June 2025
